Community Diffusion Assesment Security and Justice Program

The Community Diffusion Assessment was designed to understand not just what changed, but how change is happening in people’s lives and in local institutions. It examined how programme interventions influence gender and social norms, community agency, diffusion of positive behaviours, system responsiveness, and help-seeking related to gender-based violence (GBV).
