Men’s Engagement, Changing Masculinities And How Gender-Equitable Ideas Travelled

This learning brief explores how men’s engagement through the Gender Transformative Social Norms (GTSN) approach contributed to changing perceptions of masculinity, sharing household responsibilities, and supporting gender equality. Drawing on programme evidence and community experiences, it highlights how individual reflection can translate into everyday behavioural changes and how gender-equitable ideas can spread through families, peer networks, and communities.
